4 bedroom 1 bath cabin in George Inlet on Bull Island. This is a four seasons cabin with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer, stove, solar power, battery bank, generator, and everything else you may need to live year around.
There is a shared, (with one neighbor), dock in place that is both protected from the prevailing southeast winds and has enough deep water to tie up a 50 ft plus yacht. There is a recent cedar tree that blew down last year and the owners took advantage of that to drop another cedar tree located next to the cabin. They have cut approximately 1500 board feet into 2 1/2 inch slabs for live edge counter tops and 2×6, 8s and 10’s for building material. there is still roughly 3000+ board feet left to mill from two of these 18 foot sections. Lots of cedar, hemlock and spruce on the ground for firewood or milling. Your choice. Fishing, shrimping and hunting are all available here. Owners are leaving an 18′ skiff with the cabin and their 22’ C-Dory will be sold separately. George Inlet is a great little remote community that has always helped each other out and are extraordinary neighbors. This cabin has beautiful views to the west, late afternoon sun, and the northern lights all in one place.
