Who am I? Why would you want to hire me? My opportunities and network is thanks to a lifetime in southern southeast Alaska. As a ten-year-plus veteran of local Coastal community markets, I want to help you navigate the nuances of this island life.
Ketchikan, Alaska is a wonderful place to live, work, and play. A unique island community that blends the best of small town living with people of caring hearts, artistic talents, and amazing stores of life in the Last Frontier. I’ve said, since 1999, “if you can live here for three weeks, and not hate it, you’re a ‘lifer’, no matter where you go, you’ll always want to come back. It’s like the Bermuda Triangle of the Pacific.’
 
Arriving in on the AMHS Columbia in 1988, I enjoyed a simple childhood playing in the woods and on the water. After graduating from Ketchikan High School in ’01, (GO KINGS,) I moved to Cheney, WA to begin (and finish in ’05) my secondary education at Eastern Washington University (GO EAGLES!) There I received a Bachelor’s of English with an emphasis in Technical Communications. In 2009, I married my match and we have three spunky children with great negotiating skills.
 
I earned my Real Estate License in June of 2011. I spent 4 years with the Re/Max of Ketchikan team. After passing the test in March 2015, with my Broker’s License in-hand, I set out the following June as a one-person independent office to meet the needs of my clients. As of May 15th, 2022, seven years after launching; Providence Properties assisted over 300 families and completed over $90,000,000 in gross sales. In 2022, we partnered with EXP Realty to provide even greater levels of service through technology and a global network.
