This is a remote parcel but still close to Sitka. It’s located on the south side of Long Island, about halfway down the length of the island. This is a vacant lot that can be improved by placing a cabin on the property. Like many remote Alaskan properties, owners need to be self-sufficient and provide their own water, sewer system, electricity, trails on the land, and in this case, anchorage. Or none of this! You could kayak to this property and have a tent site to stay in to get away from it ...
